Step #1 – Nurture A Toxin-free Lifestyle
Here are organic, natural methods to ‘flush’ out toxins from your body so that you look & feel great:
- Decrease your exposure to hormones.
For example, when eating grain-fed meat, aim to eat lean parts of the meat and discard the fat.
There are exceptions of course such as grass-fed beef, which is okay to eat the fat – it’s good for you.
- Lower your consumption of caffeine, grains, carbs and sugar.
These make it difficult for estrogen processing for your body.
- Periodically have your limbs massaged & stretched – this releases the nasty acids & toxins from your tissues, and allows your body to discard them.
- Get into the sauna.
When your body sweats in the heat, it is actually eliminating the toxins through your skin pores
Step 2: Consume Food Detoxifiers
There exists certain foods that actually act as detoxifiers to help your body totally discard built-up toxins.
I call these Food Detoxifiers.
These include everyday foods like fruits, berries and fresh vegetables which are rich in vitamin C.
Also fiber-rich nuts, seeds and grains will do the trick.
How do you know you need to detox?
Here are the signs to look out for:
- You have mysterious headaches or random back pain
- You suffer from joint pain or arthritis
- Memory loss
- You’re energy deprived, and get depressed
- Your nails and hair are brittle
- You suffer from psoriasis
- You suffer from abnormal body odor, a dirty-coated tongue or bad breath

Other Food Detoxifiers
Grapefruit is a great food that helps flush toxins out from your body. It’s flavonoid ingredient called naringenin, acts as an antioxidant that decreases your body’s insulin resistance.
This in turn helps prevent diabetes, whilst it reprograms your liver to melt excess fat, instead of storing it.
Garlic is another great food to detoxify your body.
It increases phagocytosis, boosting your white blood cells’ ability to fight the effects of toxins in your body.
Eating three cloves of fresh garlic per day will help you detox.
You can get odourless aged garlic supplements at your local health store (if you don’t like the smell of regular garlic).
A great supplement is chlorella.
Get C. Pyrenoidosa form as it has the best metal-absorbing properties.
It can be found in most health-shops or pharmacies.
I recommend taking 1 gram with breakfast, lunch, and supper, with the option to increase dosage to up to 3 grams, 3 to 4 times a day.
Another food detoxifier option is fresh cilantro.
It’s one of the best detoxifiers that works on your central nervous system.
It’s best to consume organic cilantro, either making a pesto or tea.
I recommend taking 2 drops 2 times a day before meals or 30 minutes after taking chlorella.
Step 3: Get Your Internal Organs Detoxified
Natural herbs are great for this.
You can use them to literally eliminate toxins from your bloodstream & kidneys, whilst helping to renew your liver function.
Having your liver cleansed a few times a year will also lower your cholesterol.
Here’s a list of herbal products I recommend that work well:
Dandelion – It’s root activates bile which serves as a diuretic for excess water.
It’s used by Asians to heal hepatitis, jaundice, and swelling of the liver,
I recommend 4 to 10 grams of the dried leaf or 4 to 10 milliliters (1:1) of liquid extract
Alfalfa – Amazing herb. Shown to lower cholesterol in lab animals by as much as 25 percent.
Great source of protein, vitamins A, D, E, B-6 and K, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, trace minerals and digestive enzymes.
Milk thistle – This is the potent liver cleaning ingredient.
I recommend 200 mg in capsule form twice a day. Get the dried extract with a minimum of 80 percent silymarin.
Burdock Root – This is an ancient remedy increases urine and perspiration production by exercising and strengthening these natural purging systems.
It acts as a diuretic and a diaphoretic.
Shown to have cleansing benefits, has been used for many years.
Step 4: Get Your Colon Cleansed
Flush out toxins from your colon, the effective and all-natural way, by using these herb combinations:
- Cascara Sagrada bark
- Aloe leaf
- Marshmallow root
- Flax seed
- Rhubarb root
- Slippery Elm bark
You can take them all at a go, although taking too much is not advisable, as you could get some gurgling and it could loosen up your stool.
Used in combination however, makes them a great colon cleansing solution.
Step 5: Eliminate Heavy Metals From Your Tissues
Use these two compounds to keep your body clean & eliminate heavy metal toxins:
- DMSA – (short for meso-2, 3-dimercaptosuccinic acid) is a compound that removes heavy metal toxins from your body.
How it works is that DMSA has receptor sites.
Toxins inside the cells of the body bind to the receptor sites.
Since DMSA cannot enter the cells, the glutathione (your body’s natural toxin remover) found in the cell pushes the metals out of the cell, where they’re picked up by DMSA and excreted.
DMSA should administered in on /off cycles – ideally, three days on and 11 days off.
This is it takes your body 11 days to fully regenerate its glutathione levels again.
- Activated Charcoal – is an odourless, tasteless form of carbon that’s been processed into a fine, black powder for consumption.
It is safe to consume and very potent.
Actually, just by taking a small amount of charcoal, you can wipe out decades of toxic heavy metals that have been building up in your body.
Heavy metals such as arsenic, copper, mercury and lead
You can find it in any of your local health-food stores.
It’s easy to take and relatively inexpensive.
I recommend you take 20-30 grams a day (in divided doses) mixed with water over a period of 1-2 weeks, for optimum results.
