The “Inner Psychology” Of Weight Loss Success

by Kristina Wilds, Founder, Wellness Life Science

“Hi Kristina,

I have been on TAF now for 9 days. First some background, I am a physician.

Anyone who thinks doctors are healthy don’t know the majority of doctors. They either drink a lot or eat a lot or both.

I fall into the second category. I’ve always been a stress eater. And not having a lot of time during the day, I would eat cookies or candy between patients. Then there’s the infamous drug rep lunches (usually chicken parm, ziti, chinese food etc).

But when waking up exhausts you for the rest of the day well…

I realized I had to do something different.

Not to mention the fact it doesn’t help telling people to watch their diets…  when the doctor is 100 lbs overweight!

So after 9 days, I want to give a praise report. I’m down 11 lbs and feel good. I don’t get a lot of sleep (usually 3-5 hours a night if I’m lucky all in a row) but I’m not dragging like I used to. Thank you Kristina! I declare there will be many more praise reports to come.

Roxanne. D.

Thanks for your post Roxanne. Aside from the fact that your story is VERY inspiring.

It also brings up a little known point…  That very few doctors have any real training in nutrition. And even less have any understanding (or even appreciation.) For how food, especially HEALING FATS can heal the body at the cellular level.

This is why the more doctors like you who discover The Truth About Fats (TAF) program, the better!

Glad to have you with us!

“Hey Kristina..

I’ve been doing TAF for a while now, and been getting great results.

Your system is great, but I’m having some trouble finding things to eat. And starting to yearn for my morning bagel.  And my sunday pasta and meatball dinners with the family again!  I badly want to succeed with this program. I’ve been so inspired by all the people in the (facebook) group getting great results.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get over this?”

This is very common, thanks for sending this question in.

Truth is, most of us attach ‘feeling good’ and ‘family times’ with food. And that’s not a bad thing at all. In fact, it’s one of the best things about food…

How it brings families together. How it comforts us. And how it makes us feel good. And the good news is, with the TAF you don’t have to stop making those attachments.

Instead you start making those attachments to new foods. That way, you don’t ever feel deprived or hungry – but you’re still eating wholesome, healthy foods.

You see,  there is a secret ‘inner psychology’ to weight loss success. Its the most overlooked secret in the world. And it’s so, so simple.

And the secret is… to keep yourself HAPPY!

You’re never going to be able to do that if you’re starving. Or thinking about foods you’re no longer eating.

The key is to focus on EATING MORE foods that make you feel good.

And spoil yourself with them… every single day!

One of my favourite foods for this is…  a Lettuce wrapped hamburger.

And yes, I know this might sound weird. But it’s amazing! And so easy to make.

You make your hamburger the way you always do. ie. Grill it. Fry it etc. Next,  you pile on the cheese and big meaty hunks of bacon.

Then you grab 2 iceberg lettuce leaves. Wrap it around the burger… and bam.

You’re good to go! It’s so simple and it tastes amazing.

And best of all, without the bread, you won’t feel the bloated (yucky) feeling afterwards. Instead, you’ll still feel lean and great, with plenty of energy.

That’s all we have time for today.

If you’re reading this right now, and you’d like to learn more TAF approved recipes you can eat, to help you burn fat. Give you more energy. And supercharge your health.

I’ll talk to you again soon.
