If you’re going to have a heart attack, it’s best to have it during business hours.
That’s according to a surprising new study released by the American College of Cardiology.
Because there are usually less doctors and nurses working after hours and on the weekends. So, apparently, the quality of care suffers.
Doctors even have a name for it. They call it “the weekend effect.”
They say even God had a day of rest. I guess doctors and nurses should too.
Of course, it’s hard to ‘time’ a heart attack. If you happen have one on a Saturday, you don’t exactly want to wait until Monday to have it looked after either.
A better solution is to just not have a heart attack in the first place.
And that’s exactly why we recommend eating more heart-healthy healing fats.
That’s right, eat more fat. But good fats like avocado, olive oil, and coconut oil – even animal fats.
Are you surprised that I say you should be eating more fat, and not less fat?
Most people are. But that’s because they’ve been led astray by big business.
I tell you all about it in this short video presentation.
Let me know what you think.
